CATSURVEYS & Balfour Beatty Shortlisted for the British Construction Industry Awards | BCIA 2017

We are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted, along with Balfour Beatty, in the British Construction Industry Awards 2017 for the award of Application of Technology. Our entry titled ‘The innovative uses of Mobile Ground Penetrating Radar’ has been shortlisted for a prestigious 2017 British Construction Industry Award.

The British Construction Industry Awards seek to recognise and reward excellence in project delivery, design, use of technology, construction and crucially, delivering outcomes for society. This is why we’re incredibly proud to have our work recognised for our solution using Mobile Ground Penetrating Radar technology, as this represents an important step towards our vision of 'delighting every customer by combining our passion with technology to deliver quick turnaround, world-class utility surveys.' As Business Development Manager Luke Steadman stated, “being shortlisted for this prestigious award is an outstanding achievement for the CATSURVEYS and Balfour Beatty teams and moves us one step closer to our vision.”

The 30th annual British Construction Industry Awards will take place on 11th October at JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London, providing an opportunity to network with over 1,000 industry leaders whilst celebrating some of the most innovative and outstanding achievements of the year. For those within the construction industry, this is not only a chance to recognise and commemorate some of the best talents in the industry but also provides the perfect setting for entertaining clients and creating new business opportunities with some of the industry’s leading specialists.

These awards are the only construction industry awards scheme to have the backing of the Prime Minister, through our Prime Minister’s Better Public Branding Award, as well as being the only awards to call on the whole project team – from client, to architect, designer and contractor – to showcase their work and demonstrate its impact on society to the panel of expert judges.
